I keep getting an error that my form has already been submitted with the same values on my Conference Approval Form that I'm currently testing. I'm trying to submit it in preview mode. Screen shot attached.

I tried to do a submission from your form, and I couldn't replicate this error.
I submitted from your link, so please ignore submission with test values.
I also tried to submit from Preview page, and, again, I was successful:
Could you try to reset your browser's cache and give a try again, you can do that by following this guide.
Please let me know if the issue persists.

It appears that there was a problem with 'continue later' session based form submissions today. Our developers have applied a fix, so the forms should be fine now.
We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
