change title of emailed form

I cant find the location where to adjust the form title when it is sent....

Just says "Title Me"  

Where can I edit this text so that the reviver sees the actual for title?

Click on the "Emails" tab:

Then, select your notification or create a new one:

From the next menu, you can change the recipient email address and from the advanced options, you can add new sender emails.

From the menu after that, you can modify the body of the email notification:

Edit the Email subject and the portion that reads "Title Me" then save your changes.
