How do I change some of the account setting?

I am completing my time at International Commission and need to give passwords and how to change settings on this web site to the other staff.  The credit card was able to be changed via your email that is need to be be changed.  Is there any other way that the credit card can be changed?

Were you referring to your subscription's payment method? You can change the payment method/credit card in the Billing page of your account.
