Save and Continue NOT saving uploads

We have users filling out applications using the "Save and Continue" method and the files they uploaded are not saving.  The hit the Next or "save and continue" and when the close out and come back, the files are gone. 

I did more testing and it looks like the uploads save on the first open of the application.  If you save and close out of the browser and try to return and upload it will not save. 

Looks like I am having the same problem as I have had in the past with no resolution.

Can you please confirm that it is the same?  

There is ticket report about the issue that is not yet fixed. So the same glitch must be happening to you as well.

I can add this thread to the ticket report once you confirmed that this exactly was the problem you were having on your form.

Thank you for confirming that the issue is similar to the other thread that my colleague linked. This thread has been added to the ticket report. We cannot give you a time-frame for when the issue will be resolved, but rest assured we will let you know if there are any updates regarding the issue.
