How to edit warning messages?

Hello:

Screen is attached.  There are two typos that I'm requesting be fixed, please.  The following should have the word "be" between "not" and "greater".

Input should not greater than the maximum value: 2016

And, the following should too, please, between the "not" and "less":

Input should not less than the minimum value: 1998
