Can't Receive Any Email

    You did some updating in the way of sending messages. Now is not sending any messages to the email server.

     

    I have several forms created and being used in JotForm platform.

     

    I'm currently having trouble messages do not arrive by email.

     

    Formerly it was configured to send the noreply@jotform.com way, and this has solved the shipping problems. Now do not send more email in my forms.

     

    What to do?? Please ask any response.

    First of all, I need to tell you that the new wizard has nothing to do with this issue. According to my checks, your email address "contato@spiritsoulive.com.br" has jumped in our bounce list, that's why you haven't received emails to that address for a while.

    Please, see the mail log of "contato@spiritsoulive.com.br"":

     

    Now, I fixed the issue and everything should be fine now; but it doesn't mean that it won't happen to you again. To overcome this issue, you need to be sure that your mail provider is not blocking our messages. To do that operation, you need to communicate with your server administrator. Ask them to whitelist our addresses. Please whitelist following addresses:

    amazonses.com   
    email.amazonses.com
    noreply@jotform.com

     

    Alternatively, you can use the SMTP method to send your emails with using your server, so you can beat that problem completely.

    To do that, please follow the instructions from How to Setup SMTP for a form page.

     

    If the problem consist, please let us know.

    First of all, you are kindly welcome, I checked your "contato@spiritsoulive.com.br" email address again and see that it has received the emails without having any issue since then. However, if I understand it correctly, you have a another problem with some other form, so please try to open a another thread for that issue, if you haven't done it yet.
