Is JotForm PCIE compliant if secure version is used?

If we use the secure version of jot forms, would it be PCIE compliant IE credit card data? 

It is against the JotForm terms of use to collect the credit card details no matter what features are active on your form.

Due to this please do note that any account that is noticed to collect such data would be suspended and forms deleted (including their data).

It is however possible to collect payments from credit cards if you are using the forms payment tools.
