Problem with firewall

I'm having problem with this form in jotform. I'm trying to use it in a place that has a firewall. I can add all the necessary domains. But I've tried adding several domains and still I can't get it to work.

We've added:
https://submit.jotform.co

 jotform.com

cdn.jotfor.ms

But I think we're missing one domain. We've trying this app to see if it works for all our forms.

I presume you want to make the form work on your network with a strict firewall? I believe the best way is to check your logs or browser console and see what sources or domains are being blocked so that you can whitelist them in your network security.
