    Paiement problème (grave)

    Bonjour, je m'appelle WANG dengjun, mon id est wangdengjun. J'ai fait un jotform 19€/mois, liée au mon compte paypal. J'ai lancé un form d'inscription payant. Mais en ce moment, j'ai reçu 8 confirmation de paie par mail, j'ai trouvé aucun inscription sur mon jotforme et j'ai trouvé 18 demande non traité aussi sur mon jotform, j'ai aucun transistion d'argent s'affiche sur mon compte paypal ni le trace sur mon compte bancaire. En même temps, plusieur personne m'a dit qu'ils ont déjà inscrit. J'aimerai bien savoir ce qu'il est se passé, où se trouve leurs argents? Ils sont vaporisé?

    I am not quite sure if I understand your concern correctly.

    But based from your forms, you are getting "Incomplete Payment" in your submissions. Is that correct?

    Please note that that happens when the user did not continue on the payment or did not complete the transaction on Paypal's payment gateway. It is possible that they have changed their mind or have accidentally closed the browser. If they did not complete the payment in the Paypal page, then it is marked as "Incomplete Payments" in our end.

    If the user successfully completed the transaction, meaning they have paid, you should receive a confirmation from Paypal that they have paid. JotForm does not process the payments, we simply integrate the form to Paypal so that the transaction can be securely completed there.

    If the user did submit the form and completed the transaction BUT it is still showing in your submissions page as "Incomplete Payment", then the problem may be that your Paypal account's IPN is not enabled. Please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal 

    Please cross match your Paypal transactions with the ones in your "Incomplete Payments" in the submissions page, then manually complete them for now.
