Trade Show iPads for Sales people

I need a form to be loaded on an iPad or iPhone that can allow my sales people to fill it out at a trade show while attendees are talking to them. Trade shows allow for scanning of attendee badges but often there's not enough info on there. We have a "show card" right now that our guys fill out with pen and paper but then we have to have data entry after the show get that all into a spreadsheet. Something like a JotForm app that allows us to run locally, store locally and batch or individually upload (if data connection is available) to the cloud, dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

There is a HUGE opportunity for someone to DO THIS RIGHT as right now there are many options to choose form but they all SUCK! I've tried multiple options and the best fo far is by Device Magic but their UI is horrible. It's not taking advantage of the Apple UI in the least, the fields are hard to see, colors are not customizable and over all it's just UGLY and clunky. I would think someone like JotForms would have this handled already but apparently not.

Please, give us these options, this could be a HUGE potential market for you to hit!

It sounds like our forms can do exactly what you need.  Have a look at this quick form I made based on your screen shot:

    https://form.jotform.com/60705676878168

You can clone it to your own account to have a closer look:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

It is mobile responsive and would work quite well on iPad.  Nearly anything can be customized how ever you would like.

Submissions will be sent to your JotForm account and can also be sent to Dropbox:

    Google Drive:

And to a Google Docs spreadsheet if you would like:

We also offer PDF versions of forms that can be used without internet connection:

However, they are not nearly as robust as the web version.
