It seems there is some issue with auto saving of form. after manually saving the form my setting remains and disable date works.

I am not quite sure if I understood the problem correctly. Do you mean when you manually click the "Save" button the changes are not applying to the form? 

Earlier we have a problem related to the form builder not properly saving, it shows an error and loads the page quite slowly. However, our back-end team have already fixed the issue. Could you please check again and see if you are still problems related to the save button. If you do, please do provide us more information, and if it is possible do share us a screenshot of the error if you have one.
