Form shifts or changes when there's a new update from Wordpress

I have had forms on my site for few months now and when it was setup on my Wordpress site, it was setup perfectly.  Alignments, flushing, fonts, font size, label width, etc, etc.

But I have been noticing that these properties shifts from time to time.  Alignments shifts, label width increases or decreases, new line creates itself.  Not sure why cannot the form stay consistent as when created and embedded.  It is frustrating to see the forms shift on its own and I have to, from time to time, make adjustments which causes other properties on the page to break or the form doesn't behave on mobile device the way it used to when it was setup initially.

I need help to understand this phenomena or resolve this issue permanently.  Thanks

    Hello,

I'm not really sure the form can update by itself unless someone does but what you can do is open the forms from direct link to see if it's the form that is being updated or styling from the website were the form is embedded causing this issue. Note that WordPress Theme updates can include CSS or/and JavaScript code being modified.

Please make sure you check the above so we can ensure that you forms styling are being updated without you modifying them from your account. This will help us troubleshoot the issue, also prevent from sending false alert to our Development Team.

I am sure that the forms styling might be shifting due to update to Wordpress or it's plugins.  Is there anyway we can prevent the form from shifting in any shape or form regardless of Wordpress or plugin updates?

I'm not sure if this will help but please try to re-embed the form using the Iframe method. This will prevent script conflicts between the webpage and the forms. Normally, the JotForm's CSS codes remain within the form only. I am not sure what Wordpress is doing in order to overwrite this but do let us know if embedding the form using Iframe will fix it or not. Thank you.
