When our forms are filled out and submitted, they come into our email system and there is a header at the top of the information/data in the email that reads "Title Me".
I have gone into the preferences section of each form and changed it to read "Bond Quote" or "Contractors Quote", or whatever the form is for. I have also renamed the forms under "My Forms" list.
Even after that, they still come to us reading "Title Me".
Is this a known issue or something I am doing wrong?

Yes, it should be changed when you rename the form, however, if it does not, you may try deleting the email notification and re-doing it again, it should take the new name of the form.
