    How to export the results of 'Image Picker' widget submissions?!

    I have a form that I used the "Image Picker" widget.

    I got 3000+ submissions.  The image selection results show up on the dashboard, but when I export via Excel or CSV, no results show up on the spreadsheet.  Neither the images or the URLs for each image.

    I am needing a way to get the results in a spreadsheet to go through the results, instead of manually 1 by 1 via the dashboard, 3000+ times.

    I need help urgently if possible.

    Hello Justin,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did test this issue and the image URL does not seems to be added in the submission excel file. The issue seems to be that you have not added any name to the images in your Image Picker widget. If you add the image name in your widget, it is being displayed in the excel file.

    Let me report it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Can I add the name to image in form now and have those show up or can you guys find the URLs per selection in your back end somehow and deliver a spreadsheet?

    The bug ticket report submitted by our colleague was already assigned to one of our developer. The glitch is still being worked on and not yet fixed.

    I just checked again at this time and I was still able to reproduced the problem.

     

     

    There is no means for us to get the missing data at this time. Only our back-end team probably have such capability. Since it was already assigned to them, I suggest we wait for it to get fixed or wait for updated notice from them on the status.

    One option I can suggest you try is to export the data to Google spreadsheet using Google Docs integration.

    It will export the submission data as well to Google spreadsheet. I can only hope that perhaps the process of the integration to spreadsheet will properly pull the data and transport it to the spreadsheet.

    Hi Justin,

    This has now been fixed.  Usually the image titles are exported but if none exist the export file will now contain filenames in their place.  Please let us know if you have any problems.
