To have your submissions sent to your email please follow:
1. Login to your JotForm form builder and click Emails:
2. Than click create email
3. On next page you will choose if you want to create Notifier or Autoresponder, for submissions to go to your Email you will choose Notifier:
4. On new window you set up specifics for email submissions, recipient email, sender name etc.
Since I assume you already have form created, email body for submissions will be created automatically when you finish this process.
