Calculated Date Value is Empty

    I liked the first method, but it does not seem to work. The second date field remain empty.... Could you test on your end?

    I assume this was the form 

    I checked your form and found that it does not have submission yet. So the email Notifier was probably not yet test how it works.

    I checked the Notifier setup on the form and I see like this...


    If I my understanding of the objective is correct, you want to add in the Email Subject a calculated date value (i.e. Delivery Date). You just need to add that field into the Subject line of your email Notifier as shown in the above image. Then test submit your form to see the result.
