Hi The PDF creator on my account isn't working again. It didnt work last week and you contacted me and then it seemed to be fixed. Now it is doing the same thing. Just saying "working" but never actually cretaing a PDF. Can you help?

We apologize for the inconvenient, I checked the feature and can confirm that it is not working, it always says working and the form is not being generated, I will report it to our second level and you will be notified when it is solved.
