Hi. How can I display my form on my Facebook page directly, and not choosing it from a list with only one form?

Can you please describe more what you meant by "not choosing it on a list"? Which list was it?

So far from what I understand, I think you wanted to display the Facebook form immediately on your Facebook page (like it was the front page) -- is this what you meant also?

After you have added the form to your Facebook page, you can get its direct URL and then you can provide the URL as link to directly display load your Facebook form.
