    No button to click to view the encrypted submission in email

    Asked by PRxPro on March 13, 2016 at 01:40 PM

    I receive email notifications for Encrypted Form submissions, however, there is nothing to click to open the form.

    When I open the email I see (bold added for emphasis):

    @import
    url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,700&subset=latin-ext,latin);
                div, p, a, li, td { -webkit-text-size-adjust:none; }
                table img {
                    display:block;
                }
                .appleLinks a { color:#898989 !important; text-decoration:none
    !important; }

    It looks like you are set to accept emails in text mode only. Please check that. Are you using an email client? If yes, let us know the name so we can try it.

    For the meantime, you can access your email history section to view and click the links from there. Here's our guide for viewing your email history: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
