No button to click to view the encrypted submission in email

I receive email notifications for Encrypted Form submissions, however, there is nothing to click to open the form.

When I open the email I see (bold added for emphasis):

This occurs in any browser I use.

It looks like you are set to accept emails in text mode only. Please check that. Are you using an email client? If yes, let us know the name so we can try it.
