Form disapeared

    Hello

     

    My form states that it's over quota.  I have the $20 per month subscription and I am nowhere near the limits.

     

    I also can't find my form I  my account

    I found that your form https://form.jotform.com/60606531639153 was created under a Guest account only. This was the reason it went over quota suddenly. 

    I have fixed it by moving the form to your paid account/username redlineadvantage  

    You can check in your My Forms page and the form should be there now.
