    Radio Buttons and Conditions

I have been reading through what others have said about adding conditions to radio buttons but have not seen what I'm looking for.

I would like the Form of Payment to be required on our form.  But when I make "Form of Payment" required and I have to chose all options (after clicking on "Submit").

How do I make each option in "Form of Payment" required individually.  I do not want all of the options required.

For the Cash button, the membership chair will contact the individual.  Is there anything I need to do for that button?

If I understand correctly, you want to add multiple methods of payment for your form? You can do so by creating a separate payment form for the credit card then embedding it to your main form using the iFrame widget. Simply follow this guide to learn how: How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form

By following that guide, you can set the Credit Card as required and also set the Check as required without any issue.

Considering your screenshot from this thread, I think that the optimal way is just to use two Show conditions on your #52151242264142 form.

I have updated the form conditions, so that your form should display corresponding options based on user selections.

Note, that the Credit Card field will be properly displayed on form once you configure it.
