    Hi

I really like dropbox integration ability but it does not work as it used to.

I used to be able to have submissions sent to JotForm folder on Dropbox and then to subfolder, client reference, and then form title eg /dropbox/ABC/Assessment.pdf.

Currently I cannot get form title into submission folder. I only get /dropbox/ABC/ABC1.pdf, /dropbox/ABC/ABC2.pdf, /dropbox/ABC/ABC3.pdf

I typically send clients 3 -5 assessment forms so need form title in submission.

How do I revert to older system or make this possible in current.

    Regards

    Brian

You can still customize or rename the folders in the your Dropbox integration. You can use the Unique ID widget and add a prefix on it. The generated number will follow and it will increment for each submission. You can use the word "Assessment" as a prefix if you like.

After that, edit your Dropbox integration and make sure that the sub-folder will be the "Unique ID" field.

Dropbox root folder / Dropbox Test / ABC1.pdf

(root folder) / (form title) / (unique ID).pdf
