Forms are not showing in the webpage

There are two years ago we're using the Jotform forms in my web.

Till now we had little traffic and were using the Starter version.

On having overcome the traffic allowed in this version we've bought the Bronze version, but we don't achieve that our forms appear in the web.

Enclosure, we include a screenshot of the command that we add to our web to visualize the form.

Can you please provide the exact URL of the webpage where the form is embedded so that we can investigate about it. I checked your website (http://www.tresdarc.com)  and I am having a hard time locating the forms.

Please try using the iframe method instead on the normal embed code. Please refer to this guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
