This should be possible using any of the following widgets:

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory

    https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/appointment_slots

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/ticket_purchases

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/quantity_gift_registry

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry

However, if you want to pass the price to your payment tool, you might need to use conditional logic and/or form calculation widget for it.

Here's a sample form: https://form.jotform.com/60734741068962. In my case, I'll use the inventory widget.

Now I'll use the form calculation widget as a means of getting the price of the inventory widget:

The inventory widget actually outputs the quantity value selected, so we will just need to multiple it by 10 because that is the price of per person.

Now using the prices, you can sum them all up and pass the total price to your payment tool by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field.

    I hope that helps.
