How do i create a form which reduces the amount of stock i have for sale as clients buy.Asked by ajhardinghome on March 14, 2016 at 08:28 AM
I am a personal training of small groups. i have 6 spaces. i want to produce a form where by clients can book a place or 2, or 3 for a weekly session. i want the sessions available to book to reduce each time a purchase is made. How can i do this ?
This should be possible using any of the following widgets:
Here's a sample form: https://form.jotform.com/60734741068962. In my case, I'll use the inventory widget.
Now I'll use the form calculation widget as a means of getting the price of the inventory widget:
The inventory widget actually outputs the quantity value selected, so we will just need to multiple it by 10 because that is the price of per person.
Now using the prices, you can sum them all up and pass the total price to your payment tool by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field.
I hope that helps.
