Setting up and email notification

Hi,

I used the "mailing list" form temple;ate, and I can't seem to figure out how to get a submission to be sent to my email account. When I test it out, I get nothing in my email. However, I do see the submission here on the jot form site, under "view submissions".

How can I get a submission notification to my inbox in my own gmail?
