Please be noted that once delete a submission record, it is completely deleted from our system and cannot be restored it.
The only way to get the submission data from the submission emails you must have received. Another way is to look at your account's email log and see if you are able to trace the deleted submission email logs. You should always integrate your form with google spreadsheet or any other available integrations so that you always have a backup of your submission data. Even if you delete your submissions form your JotForm account, you will always have a backup.
