Bandwith Limit Exceeded

This data did not transfer to our Box account and we are experiencing an bandwitdth error opening the file. Can you reset the file?

I checked your other threads and it seems like this is the first time that that file has exceeded its bandwidth limit. I went ahead and reset it. Please note that we can only reset each file once.
