We are not receiving emails of made submission

    I am not receiving submissions on a form I just created. I completed it myself as a test, but no emails have come thru. Please let me know how to correct this.

    I took a look at your form and the email log and the email is correctly set up and sent from our servers.

    As such I would suggest to log into the gmail (directly into the webmail account) and check for the email there. If it is not shown in that inbox, do check out the spam and trash folders as well.

    This would allow you to see if the mail was moved to any of them after it was received.

    If you have used some email client to access the emails, do check it out as well to see if it has moved the emails to one of the same folders (spam, or trash).

    If you find it in any of the same, please mark them as non junk/non spam email.

    After that, do test if you are getting the emails into your inbox properly again.
