I am wondering if it is possible to have another survey as a consecutive page to the first and auto-populate with answers from the first survey. For example - I would like to have a contact info survey and after hitting "continue" (submitting the contact survey) they would be linked to a second form that would be an application. This will help us separate people who started filling out the form and quit from those who actually completed it.
Second, can you make a different form link as the success page depending on answers to the first form (multiple choice)?

It is indeed possible to pass values from one form to another using the thank you page URL:
You can also set up multiple thank you pages to be directed to based on answers in the form:
