    Hello,

We're making a cultural event and don't know how many people will sign up this year. The number varies a lot - from 900 to 15000 people. So, we really want to know, what happens if we reach a 1000 people limit of the Premium account.

Form just rejects submissions? We start losing earlier submissions?

Also: Can we pay extra and bump our account to Professional quickly?

    Kind regards,

    Artem Yakimenko

    Hi Artem,

First off, thanks for your interest in our services.

    Form just rejects submissions?

If you reach your monthly submissions limit,  all your forms will be disabled and your visitors won't be able to submit anything on your forms.

    We start losing earlier submissions?

No. You don't lose your earlier submissions.

Can we pay extra and bump our account to Professional quickly?

Yes, you can upgrade your account to professional. Upgrade will effect almost instantly.

I hope that helps. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Can you please tell me what the upgrade process is going to be like if we reach our limit?

Do we add 40 bucks or pay 50 dollars for a new month?

    Kind regards,

    Artem Yakimenko

    Hello Artem,

If you sign up for a Premium account via Credit card, you can just notify us during the month if you need Professional account submissions limits and we can quickly upgade your account, charge your registered card, then refund the earlier Premium subscription payment.

The process will need slightly more intervention from you, if you have to subscribe via paypal, but we will refund the Premium subscription once you have upgraded to Professional.

Hope that helps clear things up, let us know if you need any further clarification.
