caculating costs

1) Member inputs quantity of flyers they wish to purchase

2) That number is calculated to "subtotal" field at .02 ea.

3) If they want "Quarter Fold" that calculates $18/M (M = thousand in printing terminology)

4) Total appears in Total field

Can't get this work.

I am not certain if what you want to achieve, is calculate the fields and add their value to the total field or change the price for each if yes is selected in 'Quarter Fold'.  I have made a clone of your form, you can go ahead make a copy of it to see how the calculation is setup based on what I understand you need to achieve - https://form.jotform.com/60736738967978
