Why my form shows "Incomplete Values" even when required fields are filled?

One of our customers filled out our form, pressed the submit button and, after some time as the browser uploaded the associated files, she received the error message below:

I didn't watch her fill out the form, but I checked it closely right before she submitted it and once more after she received the error message. She definitely did not leave any required fields blank or make any mistakes. What could this error message refer to?

There was only one strange thing that I noticed: three of the text fields that she filled out reached their maximum allowed characters (e.g. 825/825, 1000/1000, etc. but none were over). However, after she submitted the form, we received the error message and I pressed the "go back" link to return to the form. Those three fields now showed that they had too many characters: one field was over by 4 characters, one by 40 and one by 28.

She has tried filling out this form several times without success so I would love to find an answer for her. Thank you for your help.

I have tested your form and I was unable to replicate your issue, I was able to submit it without any problem, I also have filled the fields until the limit and it was submitted normally, please see the result of my test on the screencast below:

Were you able to fix the issue?

Or it happens with an specific selection on some field or something else?

Please, try submitting again your form it should be working as expected.
