I have a google sheet with over 1000 offices my reps visit.  When they are making their sales calls they use jotform to give me reports.  One question on the survey is "Office Visited:"  I would like this answers to populate from my google sheet.  How is this possible?

    Thank you!

Do you mean you want to populate the answer from google sheet into your form?

A possible method would be to create a formula from the Google spreadsheet that makes all the offices visited links so that when clicked, they open a form, and pre-fills the Office visited field. Here's a demo so you can see it in action: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zSJ-rHcsGAeSOPJFlPt8opuLYaa18RkS18vVVg4sfCQ/edit#gid=0
