Hello, sorry for my english. I upgraded my account to bronze and does not upgrade it. Still FREE account. Please help

I checked our records and you have indeed paid for a month of Bronze, however, it was not properly applied to your account. I manually updated your subscription and it should now show as Bronze. Your forms and such should be active once again. I also see that you have opened a dispute in paypal. I would like to ask you to resolve the dispute as your jotform account has now been upgraded to Bronze.
