jotform not found in google sheets

I integrated google sheets but can't find the form submissions.  How come?

Do you mean the submissions do not show up in the spreadsheet? Can you please send us the URL of the form that you integrated with google sheets? It would also help us if you can give the URL of the google spreadsheet that was created during the integration setup.
