We have an applicant that is having trouble submitting their form. They are getting a "waiting" notification but it has been an hour and nothing is happening. Not sure what to tell them. Any ideas?

I cloned your form and I was able to do a test submission. I also did a test submission on your actual form (http://www.jotform.com/53153470870959) and I was able to submit. Here's a screenshot of the thank you page:
I tested this in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Can you please test it if it is still not working on your end.
