How to allow users to submit the form more than once?

Users are unable to submit this form for a second child. However, all of the appropriate form limits are set to "no check."

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance.

I have submitted your form once and when tried the second time I was not allowed, however, I did check the settings and see that you have enabled the Auto Fill feature, it could be the reason, because when I submitted the form the first time and came back the previous entered data was still there, please try disabling this option.

Follow these steps to disable this option.

I can do that, but I would like for the fields to be auto-filled. Many of the fields would be the same for siblings (address, phone, parents, etc.) Users would only need to change the fields that are different for the second child (name, DOB, medical information, etc).

    Is that possible?

    Thanks,

Yes, there are workarounds that you may use to achieve it, for example you can populate the fields that will be the same by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

You can ask on the thank you page if your user wants to add a new child and show the link to do it.

Looking your workflow, I would suggest you to use some these widgets:

    Configurable List

    Matrix Dynamique

    Infinite List

You will avoid to receive more than one submission with almost the same data, so your users will be able to register more than one child in one only submission.

Try disabling the Auto Fill feature and make some tests to see if it fixes the issue with multiple submissions, might consider using the widgets as well.
