Dear JotForm team,
We are collecting data from members of our organisation with your surveys - while working on the form, I have realised that we may have some issues in saving the data when working on the survey. As there is no save& resume button I tried to use the link that created the individual survey to get me back to the information I had already logged-in but could not retrieve it.
It would be wonderful, if you could have a look into this and guide me regarding the matter.

Please note Felicia that there are 2 different save and resume options available, but you need to specifically turn them on.
Based on what you have mentioned it seems that you have not enabled neither.
The two options:
Autofill is great if you wish to enter data into the form and submit it from the same device - regardless if the connection is lost or not between the loading and submitting the form
It can however only be submitted over the same device (and browser) that it was started from
The Email session is better in a way that you can fill out countless forms (same form) by simply changing their session ID.
This however requires active connection to internet so that the session can be sent and saved on the server side, but as it is saved on the server side it can be continued and submitted from any device.
If you however just go back to the form on a new device or without the email session, the form will be empty.
Do try it out and do let us know if by some chance you have the same turned on and it is not working for you. In such case it would be great to let us know the email session as well (if that option is used) and how to recreate the same.
