    Form hanging on Please Wait message after clicking the submit button

    Hello,

    Please can you help me with the following?

    When submitting the form, the applicants are stuck with the Please wait button, even after trying it three times.

    The form is: https://form.jotform.me/60131431090439

     

    It is embedded on facebook as : http://app.statichtmlapp.com/tab/1/visitor/189360377873552/wrapped

     

    I really need support since it is online and it is a registration to a professional conference.

    I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully without any trouble. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hello Ashwin,

     

    Thank you very much for the help! I hope that it doesnt happen anymore with the applicants.

    On another note, when it happens, is there anything that i can provide you with, similar to error logs, to help you replicate it? This is because it already happened with more than 5 people, whether on their phones or on their desktops.

    I've also tried submitting the form using both direct link and embedded webpage. I was able to submit the form without any issues from my end as well. If you experience the issue, you may get the information of the browser version with OS being used and any errors displayed in the browser console (F12 key while the form is active on the tab).
