How to allow users to download a file from a form?

I am creating a form that includes the option for the user to download a file. How do I do this.

If you want to allow your customers to download a file whıle they are fıllıng the form it is possible wıth JotForm.

To do that, click on Form Tools and drag and drop the File Upload tool to your form as you see below.

This is an upload widget. I am looking for a download widget where the user can download a file from my server.
