Como subir uma imagem do meu celular no formulario

Boa tarde

Montei um formulario quando acesso atraves do computador a imagem a faz o uplod normal

Quando abro a url do formulario no meu smartphone a imagem nao sobe

 

Como devo proceder para que a imagem subi do meus arquivos no celular

desde ja agradeço pela atenção

I'm not sure if fully understood your question, but I assume that you are using the File Upload field.

You should be able to upload files on mobile devices when using this field. Please share us your form so we will make some tests on mobile devices and try to replicate your issue.

I have tested your form on  a mobile device and it allowed me to upload the images and submit the form. 

Could you share us some screenshots? 

If you are receiving error messages, if the form is never submitted, it could be helpful for us to know more about the issue that you are getting.
