Save and Resume feature is not working.

    Dear JotForm team,

     

    I just received an answer to my save and resume question I posted earlier - thank you for the prompt response!

    Nevertheless, I seem to still encounter problems - I had fiddled with the Email Session Feature in the meantime.

    As far as I can see we have already set-up an auto-responder, but it did not cash the information or provide the updated link.

     

    I have now followed all steps outlined by your support team and set-up a second auto responder (auto respnder 2) for our survey (please follow this URL to get to our survey: https://eu.jotform.com//?formID=51101821313336)

    Could you kindly check, whether the auto responder has the correct settings, as we would require to:

    - Sent the updated URL with the cashed information to the email of the indicated contact person working on the form, whenever a) the form crashes due to a weak internet connection; or b) the 'Next' button is pressed to jump over a page break.

    Hello Felicia,

    I did check forms you have in your account but I am unable to locate the first form which creates session and should have auto-responder email.

    Please be noted that this feature requires two forms and the main form (second form) should have the "Page Break" field. The data is saved only on the click of the next button. I would suggest you to please go through the following guide :  http://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/
