I have twice modifed this form:

I have saved edits and tested  successfully in browser. Twice. But when I return to the form the edits made earlier were not saved and it reverted back to the original state before edits.

I have just cleared your form cache to see if that is the issue. Please do try to refresh your form now and see if it is working properly.

Also, if the issue can still be recreated, do let us know if I have understood you correctly - you add the fields to the form, they are shown in the form builder, but they are not shown when you open the form to see its preview?

Thanks, clearing the cache seems to work.

as far as recreating the issue, The edits were shown i the form builder and in the browser when previewing, and pasting the link in the browser. When I went back to builder after viewing in the browser the edits were gone, it reverted back to earlier version.

Also I am using the inventory widget. It seems that before the issue it would show the reduction in inventory when items were chosen from that filed. Now it does not reduce.

Glad to see that the issue is now resolved by reverting your JotForm to an earlier version. I've moved your other question related to Inventory widget to a separate thread and shall be answered there shortly.
