Showing uncheck options in Checkbox field to the PDF file of the submission

There is a small workaround that can be done to accomplish what you are looking for.  Add a print button to your form:

Then while editing the submission, print the form and save the print as a PDF:

It will save a copy of the form to PDF that looks exactly like the filled in form:

Is there a way the submitter can be emailed this form of PDF automatically?

That, unfortunately, is not possible.  An edit link can be sent for them to print/view:

Which would allow them access to the same workaround.
