I've tried submitting your JotForm, but since it is linked to a live payment gateway I couldn't be able to submit the form. However, I've cloned your JotForm to my account and see that the inventory widget seems to be working normally.
Could you try access the widget wizard to see if the parameters of the widget are set correct and update each widget once again? Please check the form once again after updating the widgets and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.
