Is there a way to label my PayPal shopping cart?

I don't know if this is a PayPal fix or a JotForm fix.  I have different forms for different events and I am using one PayPal account. The problem is that the PayPal Account History report excel spread sheet is not separating the events.  They are all lumped together under the Item Title heading: Shopping Cart.  Is there a way to change it from being called Shopping Cart to Adult 55&Over?

The Item ID column is empty, can we use that column?

I presume that spreadsheet is not associated with JotForm? Instead directly from Paypal? Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes on it as it seems more related to Paypal.

The column "Item Title" should have more data? Not just "Shopping Cart"? From the screenshot, I can only see "Shopping Cart", no other text or events.

I checked my Paypal and if I understood you correctly, you are downloading your Paypal "History" transaction by clicking the "Download" link button:

It looks like it is more related on how Paypal formats your excel spreadsheet. It would be best if you will contact them to learn more about it.

If I misunderstood the current setup you have, please do provide us more information about it.

I have a similar problem and I had contacted PayPal, the support guy said you need to pass "Item Id" as this attribute shows on PayPal history transaction reports, Only when you create PayPal button you can assign an "Item Id" for each product. I think JotForm has to figure out how they can accommodate this new attribute in their PayPal widget.
