Is it possible to add a template form to a form I have created? How?

I've set up a real estate buyer/seller form with check boxes to direct people from the main form to Page 2 for buyers. Now I would like to add your sellers template as page3 and have the sellers checkbox send people to page3.

Is this possible?  If so how do I add one form to another?

    Thanks for your help.  Sean

I see that you have already created a form with a seller template. You can use our iFrame Embed widget to embed your seller form. I deleted the form collapse tool and upload tool where you tried to enter the URL to your form.

You need to adjust the size of the widget to match the form you are embedding.

You will also  have to remove the for embedding to work.

The URL you used leads to the Form builder, so it won't work when embedding.

I apologize. This solution won't work because you will have to submit the form in iFrame separately and then submit your form. It seems that you will have to recreate the form from template. The other solution I think could work is to create a custom Thank you page with URL to your form.

Please take a look at this guide on how to setup custom Thank you page.
