    Hi Guys.

I've recently inherited the website and Jotform from the previous admin.

I'm having trouble figuring out which form is being used on witch page, or the other way around, figuring out which form that the page is using, corrosponds to which form.

I can see that the form embedded into the page has a unique ID, but clicking thorough each of the forms in Jotform, I can't find a corrosponding matching ID?

    e.g.,

I can see this is the form embedded

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/60628444397969"></script>

But I can't match it with any form that is under the account (at least by eyeballing the URL of the ID=

    Thanks

The easiest way would be to copy the ID of the form (yellow highlighted part of the url), then paste it in the search bar of your My Forms page. Hit enter to search the forms.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/60628444397969"></script>
