    1st box - $100

    2nd box - $300

    3rd box - $100

4th box - NO BOX FREE

First of all, I want to ask you a question. While you're prepopulating the amounts can user select only one product or can user select multiple products?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yes you can configure the payment tool to allow selection of more than 1 item/product in the list.

this didn't answer the question though:

I assume this was your form http://www.jotform.us/form/60631320400133 you are working on.

I see what you wanted to achieve upon checking the form

How to prepopulate the amount when user choose the product Screenshot 20

Unfortunately it cannot be configured that way. The  Custom Quantity box is for Quantity value only and not a price or amount value.

Or use Special Pricing feature instead for the Payment form.

    user guide: What-is-Special-Pricing

With special pricing, you can setup multiple items/products that have pre-determined prices/amount per sub item.

Example, you can create just 1 item and then make the different main item (in your current form) as sub products instead that have different assigned price/amount per quantity.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I understand its a bit complex, so it is confusing at first. Please check the video below when I am testing the form

How to prepopulate the amount when user choose the product Screenshot 20

As you can see, the 'Amount' boxes on the right side-- they are not actually 'Amount' input, they are actually 'Custom Quantity' input.

If I understand correctly what you wanted to happen -- when I clicked an option, the Amount of the selected option should populate the 'Amount' box on the right side.

But right now that is not happening because that is not how it works. If you manually input a number into the 'Amount' box on the right, that number is a 'Quantity' value.

As you can see on the video, the amount of the items were just $1 -- so if I change the number on the 'Amount' box it is calculating as amount * quantity  (i.e. $1 * 2 = 2 Total)

Theoretically, the way I know to achieve what you wanted to happen is to use Custom Payment Form. I will create a demo form to better show you an alternative workaround.

I'll get back to you as soon as I have completed a demo form.

Let us know if my explanation is still now not clear or if you need further clarification on how it works.

    Thanks.
