I sent through a query about two week ago and still have not had a response, on a few of my forms my email contacts are not receiving the form, what do I do to rectify this.

I assumed this is the form (http://www.jotform.com/53242854845562) you're working to .
This form has like 10 notifications. May I know the email recipients who are not receiving the notification?
The email address of these 10 recipients are not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that the notifications are being sent successfully on this email (vo**ys@fairc***.co.za).
I can see that the email notification is configured properly. Please check your Spam/Junk folders. I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try whitelisting JotMail IP addresses.
